Meet Chelsea Nicole
Chelsea is a ERYT yoga teacher and meditation facilitator
My yoga journey began in 2019 where yoga found me in a rough and challenging time in my life struggling daily with anxiety that soon turned into a panic disorder. I felt very disconnected from myself both physically and mentally without understanding why or how to cope, I felt hopeless and as a last resort turned to yoga. I never looked back.
That first class shifted something in me that I couldn’t quite explain. With a background in dance from the age or 4 on I was instantly drawn to the fluidity of movement and as I started to integrate yoga consistently within months my anxiety and panic disorder had subsided almost completely. Yoga philosophy teaches me, among other key notions, self-love, acceptance, compassion, letting go. It teaches me to disconnect from the superficial aspects of life and to reconnect with my true self.
“There is no greater teacher than the one within”
This led me to a deeper meditation practice where I then took my meditation teacher training at Breathe Meditation and Wellness.
We are in constant flux so it’s important to find sensitivity, intuition and insight which I believe are found through stillness, silence and connection with the seemingly ordinary world around us and that ultimately no teacher is greater than the one within.
I am committed to helping my students take their power back from the daily external fluff, to help you realize the skills you practice on and off your mat are also the skills you can use to help you feel good now.
I am so excited and honored to spread my love of yoga and meditation. I am so grateful for all my teachers and students.
